Cumplimiento de la obligación del artículo 55 de la Ley | 94 / RLISR |
| Artíulo 94.- Para efectos del artículo 55, fracción IV de la Ley, se tendrá por cumplida tal obligación cuando las instituciones del sistema financiero opten por presentar de manera mensual la información correspondiente, en los términos que establezca el SAT mediante reglas de carácter general. | |
